Cancellation Policy
• A non-refundable retainer of $200 is required to secure your Glow Social date. • Remaining balance is due prior to the event start time. • Final guest count and all add-ons must be confirmed at least 72 hours prior to the event. • Cash is preferred. Electronic payments may be subject to a processing fee. • Failure to submit final payment prior to the event will result in cancellation of the reservation. • Glow Socials are offered as a flat-rate private experience. Unused guest spots, late arrivals, missed services, or guest no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable. • All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled event will result in 50% of the remaining balance being due. • Same-day cancellations, cancellations made within 24 hours, or no-shows will result in the full remaining balance being charged.
